We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality in both construction and design. By using a mix of traditional and modern building techniques, combined with innovative design, we provide homeowners with a house that maximises space and increases practicality. It is this continued strive for perfection which has proven to be so successful throughout the history of the company.
The objective is simple, provide great quality and great value to the customers while ensuring the service is second to none. We see every customer as special, with individual requirements and believe each one should be treated with the same friendly and helpful service that has become synonymous with the company.
Adapting to your needs
For years, our business set itself apart by being one of the first to offer its customers the ability to customise their homes. While this is more common practice now, we understand each person has different requirements and we continue to be flexible to customers needs and requests, all you have to do is ask. All our customers are given the choice of high-quality kitchen units, handles and worktops and a selection of tiles for the bathroom.
We also offer the opportunity for customers to make their home more personal through a range of other upgrades, such as plumbing (dual shower, outdoor tap, radiator upgrades), electrical (electrical point options, USB sockets, plinth lighting, outside lights) and flooring and cupboard quotes. The Consumer Code is an industry led scheme which gives protection and rights to purchasers of new homes. We are proud to be a part of this scheme, which ensures that all our new home buyers will be treated fairly and will be kept fully informed about their purchase before and after they sign a contract. By adopting the code we aim to build on the already high-levels of customer satisfaction and enhance the industry reputation.
Charity
At Langridge Homes, we are committed to giving something back, which is why in March 2022 we gifted sizeable donations to the British Heart Foundation, Blood Cancer UK and Great Ormond Street Hospital.
